What’s my size?
For help with sizing, please review our size guide and follow the measuring instructions for quick assistance. Click the size chart on individual items to find your perfect fit.

What are your shipping rates?
All orders over $150 are eligible for free ground shipping in the contiguous United States. Otherwise, the cost depends on the distance and size of your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We only ship to physical addresses at this time.
Where is my package?
Once your package ships, you will receive its tracking information in an email. Please follow the instructions in your email to track your delivery.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Please review the Shipping Policy page for estimated arrival times.
My package was lost or stolen in the mail. Will you send a replacement?
Orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit may be eligible for replacement once the situation has been thoroughly investigated with the shipping provider. Please follow up with the shipping carrier to initiate this process.

What is your return policy?
Clothes that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags still attached can be returned for a full refund within 25 days of the invoice date in your shipment. International orders are not eligible for returns. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks or gaiters.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
My package was stolen. Can you offer me a refund or replacement?
For security purposes, orders delivered to apartments require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. If this doesn’t apply to you and your package was stolen, your eligibility for a replacement will be determined with an investigation by the shipping carrier.

Where do your designs come from?
TART Collections is based in California, so our designs are inspired by local West Coast Cool styles.
What does “longevity” mean at TART?
We only use exceptional, high-quality fabrics for our apparel. Because each piece is so well made, it can last for years without fading, losing shape, or falling out of style.
