Purchasing & Order Confirmation
At this time, your card is charged at time of purchase. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive please first check your spam folder. If you still have not received your confirmation email please contact Customer Service. Your payment information is valuable; please do not include any credit card information in your email inquiries.
If your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. Order processing may be delayed in case of federal holidays within the United States. Please read Shipping & Delivery below for more information.
Note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Pricing & Payment Options
We try to ensure that all prices on our website are correct but sometimes errors may occur. If we find a pricing error on your purchase, we will notify you so you can either reconfirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order.
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure items are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances where we run out of stock in an item. The emailed order confirmation you receive does not guarantee the availability of the product(s) you have purchased. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and your card will be refunded. At this time, we are unable to do exchanges of out of stock items over the phone or email. You will need to place a new order.
Price Adjustment & Price Matching
You have up to one month to claim a price adjustment on full-priced merchandise. If your full-priced merchandise is marked down within 1 week of the original order date, we will refund your original form of payment. Between weeks two & four of your original order date, we will refund the price adjustment in the form of a gift card which can be used at our website. Tart Collections will only adjust the price of an item a single time. Coupon or special promotion codes cannot be applied to an order you have already placed. Orders that have been previously purchased with a coupon code, marked on sale or with an adjusted price are not available for Price Adjustment/Price Matching.
Tart Collections charges state, local and county taxes on on-line transactions as required by applicable laws.
Shipping & Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: ALL APARTMENTS REQUIRED SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. This helps us ensure that your package arrives to you. We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.
All purchases are shipped via United Parcel Service. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $250 to the contiguous United States.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method selected at checkout. If an order is processed without a shipping charge, it will automatically be shipped ground. All shipping fees are weight based.
Even though orders with Next Day & Air shipping is processed within 1-2 business days of receiving, please take into consideration that there can be unanticipated delays. If you need your order urgently, please contact Customer Service BEFORE placing your order.

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days AFTER your order has shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS 2nd Day
Normally 2 business days
Second Day, normally 2 business days Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Second Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days AFTER your order has shipped.
Normally 1 business day
UPS Overnight, normally 1 business day Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Next Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day AFTER your order has shipped.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you after your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers associated with your shipment. This information is also available if you create an account with Tart Collections before or during checkout.
Tart Collections wants you to love your new look. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items for a refund. Bras must retain their original tags to be returned. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on intimate bottoms including thongs, undies, panties, etc. Requests for returns must be made within 2 weeks of the date on the invoice, and can be made by email or phone. Please have your name, invoice number and reason for your return ready when contacting us. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
You can contact our Customer Service department via phone or email within the 30 days of the invoice date in your shipment. Please have your Invoice number ready when contacting us.
For a full refund to your original form of payment, you must contact Customer Service within 14 days of the invoice date received in your shipment. Original shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded.
For refund requests received after 14 days, your refund will be sent in the form of a gift card that can be used on our website, minus the original shipping & handling charges.
Once Customer Service has approved your return, we will send you a Return Shipment Label & Return Order Form. You have 5 days to ship the merchandise with the provided label back to us. Please email your completed Return Order Form or enclose it in the box containing your return.
Return shipping for addresses with the contiguous United States is $7.95 and is automatically deducted from your refund.
Return delivery from Alaska, Hawaii and US territories is $11.95 and is automatically deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving your return. Tart Collections reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. If any items are returned without proper Return Authorization paperwork, these items will be returned to the customer.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tart.
Cancellations & Changes
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify Customer Service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but if an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel your order. You will need to return your order and follow the return policy listed above.
At this time we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been submitted. You will need to contact Customer Service to cancel your order so you may create a new one. Although we may immediately process a refund to your original form of payment, your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction.
Coupon codes are valid on selected products only. Coupons are not valid on sale items priced at 50% or higher discount. Some full price items may not apply to coupon codes. Our Customer Service department may cancel orders placed with coupon codes that cannot be proved to be legitimately obtained.
